I’d like to leave 3.5 stars or 70%. Mixed feelings. Almost a great job. They tiled a bathroom and shower room for me. First tiler - a very skilled lady - did a great job of preparing and mounting the tiles and half the grouting. Unfortunately, her colleague finished the job - grouting the tiles above our bath upstairs. Here I’m sorry to say that the work was a bit sloppy - rushed with uneven grout lines between metro tiles - and the work area was left very dirty. In fairness, Sassi did return and tidied things up as best they could, and I must say that I found M Folly and his daughter very professional and friendly. More care and attention from their colleague would have been appreciated.

Un total manque de professionnalisme. Directeur très aimable qui vient de suite voir le projet (assez conséquent) et prend des mesures. Me promet une offre mais ne fait pas suite et ignore complètement mes appels et courriels, restés sans réponse. Même pas un non désolés on ne peut pas le faire … rien.
